He must also look closely into the ethnicity crisis, and address insecurity properly. I have been lamenting on this before it worsened to this point, and now it has reached a critical stage. The government must act wisely and decisively. Let them pay attention to states like Katsina, Kogi, Edo, and Ogun, not because protest will start there, but because the insecurity there requires urgent solutions.
Protest is coming toward the election. What you have seen before is not protest, you have not seen protest yet. Nigerians will rise. Forget electoral processes or reforms for a moment, the people are ready to express their anger.
I see economic protest.
I see election protest.
I see insecurity protest.
All of these will rise at the same time. The nation must prepare. Leaders must act. Security agencies must be vigilant. Those in power must listen. If ignored, chaos will come.
